Deliverables Map
Every asset, audit, and research output the engagement produces, named and scoped so nothing lives in a maybe.
Consulting engagements
Monthly retainers. Three month minimum. Every engagement starts with a VIP planning day.
This is the format for brands that need the women's consumer lens embedded in the work, not delivered once and left on a slide. We research how your buyer actually decides, rebuild the messaging around it, and train your team to keep running it.
Book a Fit CallThe setup
Women control 31.8 trillion dollars in global spending and drive 85 percent of household purchasing decisions. Closing the gap between that reality and your current strategy takes research, rebuilt messaging, and a team that understands why the change works. That is a season of work, not an afternoon.
So consulting runs on a monthly retainer with a three month minimum, structured from day one so you always know what is being delivered, when, and what it costs.
How every engagement starts
Before month one begins, we spend a full day structuring the engagement. You leave with the entire retainer mapped in writing.
Every asset, audit, and research output the engagement produces, named and scoped so nothing lives in a maybe.
The working sessions we run each month, what each one decides, and who needs to be in the room.
Where your team gets trained on the WCR4™ lens so the thinking stays in the building after I leave.
Delivery dates tied to your launch calendar, plus the monthly retainer schedule in writing before we start.
What we work on
We rebuild how your brand speaks to women, from category positioning down to the sentences on your offer page, using the WCR4™ pillars as the diagnostic.
Original research on your buyer: what she feels, how she was socialized to spend, what her demographics actually change, and where legacy consumerism is quietly costing you the sale.
Creative direction, offer architecture, and launch sequencing reviewed against how women actually buy, not how a media plan assumes they buy.
Story angles, pitch framing, and spokesperson prep built by someone who has sat on the other side of the interview at CNBC, Newsweek, and CGTN America.
Workshops that hand your marketing, sales, and product teams the WCR4™ method as a working tool, with worksheets and internal language they keep.
Most retainers combine two or three tracks. The mix is decided on the VIP day and documented in your deliverables map. Every track runs through the WCR4™ Method.
Past engagements
Three engagements, each running three to nine months, with the client's own read on what the work was worth.
Entrepreneur and Former Client
The problem
A founder starting from zero. No entity, no positioning, no offer, and no audience to sell it to.
The work
We built the business foundation from the ground up. LLC setup, mission and vision, the funnel, and the content pillars that gave her a repeatable way to speak to her buyer.
Outcomes
“The value of this work is at least $50K and up to $100K depending on the client. She built my entire business foundation: LLC, mission, vision, funnels, and content pillars. I would not have started without her.”
Director of Marketing
The problem
A marketing leader buying what she assumed was marketing support, in a category where the decision maker is overwhelmingly a woman.
The work
The engagement ran as strategy and business development against a defined set of deliverables. Research on how her buyer actually decides, then messaging and development work built on top of that research instead of on category habit.
Outcomes
“This is strategy and business development work, not marketing. The retainer is equivalent to the annual cost of a full-time employee doing this work, which runs $300,000 to $400,000 including benefits.”
Business Coach and Entrepreneur
The problem
A $500K marketing budget and three separate teams saying three different things to the same woman.
The work
We started with messaging alignment as the first training priority, then trained all three teams on the WCR4™ lens so budget decisions and creative direction ran off one shared read of the buyer.
Outcomes
“With a $500K marketing budget and three teams to train, I'd pay $1,000 per hour for this kind of expertise. The first training priority would be marketing and messaging alignment.”
Valuations are the clients' own words, given unprompted, and are not a guarantee of results.
The process
A short call to confirm the problem, the timeline, and whether a retainer is the right shape for it.
The engagement opens with a full VIP day. We map deliverables, set the strategy session cadence, define team training, lock delivery deadlines, and sign off on the payment plan.
We execute the plan month by month with standing strategy sessions, working deliverables, and async access between sessions.
Each month closes with a review against the deliverables map. At the end of the engagement your team gets the documentation, frameworks, and training to run it themselves.
Reminder: engagements run a three month minimum and are billed monthly on the schedule set during the VIP day.
I built Women's Research Solutions and the WCR4™ method to stop brands from guessing at what women want and calling it strategy. That lens has run on CNBC, Newsweek, and CGTN America, and inside brands rebuilding how they sell. On a retainer, it stops being commentary and becomes your operating system for the woman who actually buys from you.
Brands with a female audience and real revenue on the line. Founders rebuilding positioning ahead of a raise or a launch. Marketing and PR teams that need the women's consumer specialist in the room every month, not once a quarter.
If you have one question and one deadline, a retainer is more than you need. Book a single strategy session instead.
